Sekisui Fuller Co., Ltd. (President: Ichiro Arai), a joint venture of Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. (President: Teiji Koge) and H.B. Fuller Company (Head office location/ President &CEO, Minnesota, USA: Jim Owens), announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the light curable adhesive business from MS Adell Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Shuji Kita)
１．Purpose
Sekisui Fuller sees MS Adell’s light curable adhesive business has the potential to expand its sales channels by leveraging the strengths of the company and its parent companies, Sekisui Chemical and H.B. Fuller. The synergy will lead to the improvement in the value of the company.
２．Overview of the business to be transferred
Manufacturing and the sales of light curable adhesives, and temporary fixation adhesives using MS Adell’s proprietary technology in fields such as optical, electronic components, signage, construction materials and automotive parts.
