Kaizen

At both of our factories, we are working on Kaizen activities for every fiscal half year. At the period ends, where we have company-wide presentation conference, the best practiced teams are commended. Our slogan, “Discover the Light!” makes us very solid.

Our Kaizen History and Beyond

We established the joint venture in 2005, and have been working on Kaizen since 2006.
To improve our skills, we hold QC Case Study meetings. Each participant aims to obtain QC certificates.

QC Circle

On Friday, March 25, 2016, the 18th Workshop was held at Hamamatsu Plant, and 11 teams presented their improvement results. This time, the team “Hayabusa” of Hamamatsu Plant won the first place.
